An Opportunity
Mandrake's has planned for several years to be able to offer its customers a
more complete environment for meeting their decorating
needs. Part of this plan has included being able to offer an in-house
upholstery service of the highest quality. Recently we were able to acquire
more space in our building and make upholstering at Mandrake's a reality.
We believed that upholstery would be a wonderful opportunity for both
Mandrake's and our customers. However, to make this possible, a highly-skilled
upholsterer needed to be found and hired. Fortunately, we knew of one with 30
years of experience with both fabrics and leather and convinced him that we
needed him at Mandrake's.
Since beginning the upholstery service many pieces of furniture have been
reupholstered, including the two on this page. We would like to meet all of
your upholstering needs, both contemporary and antique.
Available Services
In addition to upholstery, Mandrake's offers complete restoration and
refinishing services, all within one building. This enables Mandrake's to
oversee the entire restoration
process and you, our customers, the opportunity to come and see both the
quality of our workmanship and our progress toward completion of your project.
We provide an extensive collection of fabrics from Robert Allen, Lee Jofa and
others. Our staff will help you choose fabrics which best suit your decorating
needs and can recommend materials that are beautiful, durable and complement
your existing decor. Our relationships with these wholesalers allow us to offer
our customers prices that are both competitive and fair. This provides
Mandrake's the ability to offer "one-stop shopping" and save you, our
customers, both time and money.
Our staff, at Mandrake's Antiques, believes that we have provided an unequaled
environment for our customers to reach their decorating goals. To achieve this
we have collected and displayed a showroom full of the finest American antiques
